How Website Information Is Handled

This policy explains the information the current ProEdge Alliance website receives, why it may be used and the practical safeguards and choices that apply.

Last updated

September 2026

This page describes the current website and service framework. It should be reviewed when material business practices change.

Information We Collect

ProEdge Alliance receives information that visitors provide voluntarily. This may include names, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, country, institution or organisation information, project details, deadlines and messages submitted through the Request Research Support or Contact forms.

The website and its hosting infrastructure may also process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as request timestamps, browser or device information, network identifiers and server logs. Analytics information is only collected through the optional analytics integration when that service is enabled.

How Information May Be Used

Information may be used to:

  • Respond to enquiries and communications
  • Assess project requirements and prepare an appropriate scope
  • Provide services requested or agreed with a client
  • Protect the security and reliable operation of the website
  • Improve website content and service processes

ProEdge Alliance does not sell submitted personal information to advertisers.

Research and Project Materials

Enquiry forms may describe research topics, existing documents or organisational needs. Clients should only submit information and materials they are authorised to share. Sensitive participant data, confidential records and regulated datasets should not be sent through a general website form unless an appropriate secure process has been agreed.

Website and Email Infrastructure

Third-party infrastructure providers may process information where necessary to operate the website and email systems. This may include Vercel for website hosting and Google Workspace or another configured email provider for message delivery and business correspondence.

These providers operate under their own service terms, security controls and privacy practices. Only the information needed for the relevant operational purpose should be processed through them.

Retention and Security

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to an enquiry, manage a project, maintain appropriate business records or protect the service. Retention needs can differ by engagement and the nature of the information involved.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information. No website, email system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and visitors should consider the sensitivity of information before submitting it online.

Your Choices and Privacy Contact

You may contact ProEdge Alliance to ask about information submitted through the website, request a correction or discuss an appropriate deletion request. Some information may need to be retained where there is a legitimate operational, contractual or record-keeping reason.

Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@proedgealliance.com.
